Policies

As a courtesy to all our guest, an appointment confirmation messages are sent out within 48 hours in advance, by both SMS and email to the contact information at time of booking.

Cancelation Policy

We understand your time is valuable and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice of cancellations. Providing 24-hour notice frees guest of any financial obligation and fees for missed appointments. We understand that life happens and reserve the right to forfeit fees as we see fit. Please understand when a guest forgets or cancels appointments without providing sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

*Less that 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service booked.

*No shows will result in a charge equal to 100% of the service charge booked.

*Appointments booked within 24 hours are still subject to the cancellation policy.

Late Policy

*If you are 10-20 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling will result in a charge of 100% of the services booked.

* If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a "No Show" and a charge of 100% of the full-service price booked will be charged to the Card on that we have on file.

Children

While we absolutely adore all children, due to safety reasons, we respectfully ask that you please leave your littles at home, unless receiving a service by one of our service providers. We love our little guest, and their safety is our top priority, and they must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.
